    I received the package on time but the transformer in it is not working.so I bought the equivalent device .please ensure before sending the product.waste of money -Anonymous - From Alarm Liquidators- - I do apologize for this. I am sorry that the transformer was defective for you. In order to keep our products sold as NEW, we do not and cannot test every panel or part that leaves our building. The items would then be opened and used. However, we would have gladly sent you a replacement transformer at no cost to you if we were to have known about this situation. I do hope that all is well with your panel now. Thank you for your business.
